Awesome Stay!

Our static caravan was super clean. I loved the comfy sitting area. The kitchen had everything we needed. Our main bedroom was large enough, with a spacious wardrobe. The beds allowed us to have a quiet good night's rest with easy parking near a bus stop. I was excited about this!
The shower's drainage was a bit slow.

The restaurant had great food at reasonable prices. It featured a chef who understood special diets. He was able to accommodate all our needs, fantastic for my family, I loved this place.

The outdoor pool was very popular plus various water sports took place there. I enjoyed the well maintained premises and everything looked nothing messy. I was excited about this experience.

The location enabled us to easily visit the Isle of Wight Steam Railway. It was great to explore nearby attractions. It was only a short drive to shops and a really lovely experience.

The caravan had good facilities throughout and felt very homely. They even gave us essentials, such as dishwasher tablets and sponges. I was so happy about how the room was organized and neat.

Really good Caravan Stay!

The accommodation was clean, and the bed linen felt fresh. I appreciated the clean kitchen area complete with clean cups, cutlery, and a fridge. The living area also was clean and well kept. A dedicated parking space located right next to our accommodation was very convenient.
I noticed that the pool had limited opening hours. Queuing at guest services to book was a bit inconvenient!

The local pubs provide excellent food. I could come and go as I liked. Making my own dinners was very convenient. No time allowance felt liberating, so I could do what I liked!

Beautiful grounds surround the lake, and the lighting at night is very special. The park is spacious and peaceful! The location is central to all routes for visiting the surrounding areas, a great convenience.

The staff at reception was cute. They were very helpful both at check in and ! The lifeguards were professional and friendly, which gave me peace of mind.

the caravan was super clean (i do appreciate that).
the restaurant was a letdown. the chef didn't seem to grasp special dietary needs at all, despite what i had read. it was like they just threw something together without really considering my requirements, which wasn't the best experience to be honest.

the cottage had surroundings that seemed pristine. facilities met all our needs as we stayed in a cottage. evi and logan were at the water sports and pool, so they were very helpful.
i wished we had washing up liquid, tea and coffee, salt and pepper as an initial starter pack.
